The Council of the Village of Medina met in special meeting on August 28,
1973 at 8:15 P. m.

All members present and also William Mills, the engineer.
W. Mills presented the assessment roll for the Medina, Industrial Park sewer and
water project. moved by Robert Franklin that we accept the assessment roll for
sewer and water main in the Medina Industrial Addition, Second A6diti6n and
property South of Hamel Road as drawn up by William Mills qh August 7, 1973,
° a with the option of paymentsperiod of Fifteen years at an interest rate
of 6%, starting September 1, 1973 on payments made after October 1, 1973,
with a water #opk-up on plat 60060, Parcel 1210 in the amount of 420.00,

Moved by Donald Des Lauger that we grant Northern States Power permission
to install underground/caHerproject d763646, with the change that they auger
under the road instead of open cut/

Clerk advised to write a letter to Gordon Tauer to come to September 4 meeting
about r9.00 snow plowing bill.
Moved by Thomas Stevens to approve the 1972 Audit Report by Strand and Roe.
