COMPREHENSIVE PLAN NOVEMBER 28, 2007 AT 6:00 P.M. AT THE
COMMUNITY CENTER
PRESENT: P/Z Chairman Jerry Hansen, Commission members Adrian Beazer, Brian
Stutzman, and Secretary Betty McKinlay.
VISITORS: Council members Scott Long, Dennis McArthur
P/Z Chairman Jerry Hansen brought the meeting to order. Brian Stutzman led us in the
pledge.
The commission discussed the Comprehensive Plan. Adrian is concerned about
expanding our Impact Area. It was suggested presenting the plan to the county and
making recommendations. A meeting will be scheduled with the County Commissioners.
Brian Stutzman motioned to adopt the Comprehensive Plan and present it to the Council
on Dec. 18 at Council Meeting. Adrian Beazer seconded. All were in favor.
Council member Scott Long asked if Kurt Hibbert would be willing to go to the County
and visit with them. Scott also thanked the P/Z for the work they have done.
It was mentioned that Dennis Bateman has resigned from the Planning and Zoning
Commission.
The Dawn Sullinger case was discussed.
Jerry had a few items of discussion.
Brian Stutzman motioned to adjourn and Adrian Beazer seconded. Time: 6:50 p.m.
The next meeting is scheduled Jan. 2, 2008 at 8:00 p.m.
