A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE INSTALLATION OF STREET LIGHTS BY
ALLIANT ENERGY TO WOODFIELD RIDGE PART 4
Whereas, Woodfield Ridge plats indicate the installation of multiple street lights, -and;
Whereas the City Council of the City of Tiffin recognizes that it must notify Alliant to
perform the installation;
Now, therefore -be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to approve
the installation of street lights in Woodfield Ridge Part 3.
On the 24th day of September, 2014, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council,
Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Upton introduced Resolution No. 2014-132, A
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE INSTALLATION OF STREET LIGHTS BY ALLIANT
ENERGY TO WOODFIELD RIDGE PART 4 and made a motion for approval. Motion
seconded by Coundperson Ryan.
Ayes: Kahler, Ryan, Petersen, Bartels, Upton
Nays: NONE

Absent: NONE
Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner
declared that the Resolution No. 2014-132, A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE
INSTALLATION OF STREET LIGHTS BY ALLIANT ENERGY TO WOODFIELD
RIDGE PART 4 to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by, affixing his
signature thereto.
Passed by the City Council on the 24th day of September, 2014.
