A. FY15 Budget—Public Hearing
A presentation will be made of the FY15 Budget. Comments will be taken from
staff,parents, and citizens.

Assistant Superintendent
C. FY14 Budget Update
Giovanna Venditti, Director of Finance and operations, will review the monthly
expenditure report.
D. Capital Plan Update
The School Committee will review the Capital Plan, including the Eddy School roof
project and items for the May Town Meeting.
E. Technology Plan
Assistant Superintendent, Keith Gauley, will review the Technology Plan with the
Committee.

F. Transportation Update
Giovanna Venditti, Director of Finance and Operations, will review the
transportation contract.

Approve regular session minutes of January 16, 2014.
VI. EXECUTIVE SESSION
The School Committee will go into Executive Session to discuss strategy with respect
to collective bargaining with union personnel, not to return to open session.
