A. Capital Plan Update
Mr. Richard Pomroy, the Owners Project Manager for the Eddy Roof Project will
Present an update on the project and address questions from the Committee. In
Addition, the School committee will review and prioritize the Capital Plan items
Requested for May Town meeting.
B. FY15 Budget—Public Hearing
A presentation will be made of the FY15 Budget. Comments will be taken from
staff, parents, and citizens.
C. Administrators' Reports
Principals' Report (no oral report, written report in packet)

D. FY14 Budget Update
Giovanna Venditti, Director of Finance and operations, will review the monthly
expenditure report.
E. Technology Plan
Assistant Superintendent, Keith Gauley, will review the Technology Plan with the
Committee.
F. Transportation Update
Giovanna Venditti, Director of Finance and Operations, will discuss transportation
for the 2014-15 school year.

Approve regular session minutes of December 30, 2013 January 16, 2014.
VI. EXECUTIVE SESSION
The School Committee will go into Executive Session to discuss strategy with respect
to collective bargaining with union personnel, not to return to open session.
