A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE TIFFIN HEIGHTS DEERVIEW TURN LANE
AGREEMENT
Whereas, The City has reviewed an agreement for Tiffin Heights to install a right-hand
turn lane on Deerview onto Highway 6, and;

Whereas the City Council of the City of Tiffin recognizes that it will pay the engineering,
on this project to assist the Deerview and Tiffin Heights Developments with accessibility
to Highway 6;
Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to approve
the Tiffin Heights Deerview Turn Lane Agreement.
On the 8t" day of October, 2014, 'at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin,
Iowa, Councilperson Ryan introduced Resolution No. 2014-135, A RESOLUTION
APPROVING THE TIFFIN HEIGHTS-DEERVIEW TURN LANE AGREEMENT and
made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Petersen
Ayes: Kahler, Ryan, Petersen, Bartels, Upton
Nays: none.
Absent: none.
Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner
declared that the Resolution No. 2014-135, A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE
TIFFIN HEIGHTS DEERVIEW TURN LANE AGREEMENT to be adopted and signified
his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
Passed by the City Council on the 8T" day of October, 2014.
