A. Technology Presentation
Marsha Dugas, Grade 4 Teacher, will be discussing the impact on her instruction
since receiving her new Smart Board this year.
B. Food Service Update
Ms. Susan Murray, Food and Nutrition Director, will update the Committee on the
Food Service Program at the Brewster Elementary Schools.

Superintendent's Report
D. FY14 Budget Update
Giovanna Venditti, Director of Finance and operations, will review the monthly
expenditure report. The Committee will review the end-of-year spending plans.

The Committee will continue discussion on the FY15 budget with a potential
vote to approve the FY15 budget after reaching the town's target.
F. Policy Update
The School committee will discuss school committee policy#9326 Fundraising and
#4213 School Committee—Staff Communication. Our attorney will be forwarding
legal opinions prior to the Joint School Committee meeting April 29, 2014.
G. Coverage Plan for Town Meeting
H. Survey Results
The Committee will review the parent survey results.
I. Superintendent's Evaluation
The Superintendent will update the Committee on the Summative Evaluation
process.

V. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Approve regular session minutes of March 20, 2014.
VI. EXECUTIVE SESSION
The School Committee will go into Executive Session to discuss strategy with respect
to collective bargaining with union personnel, not to return to open session.
VII. ADJOURNMENT
