Present for the Committee: Trish Hill,Marie Enochty,Dave Telman,Brenda Cazeault,Donna Kalinick
Present for the Administration: Giovanna Venditti
Calf to Order
Chair Telman called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.
Prio ity Business
Cha r Telman asked that the Committee vote the Town's target number for the budget.
Ms.IVenditti indicated that there is a difference in the town target number and the school committee reduction
number of$29,152.
Moiion:
On a motion by Marie Enochty,seconded by Trish Hill, it was voted unanimously,to approve the Brewster
Elementary School budget in the amount of$6,881,299.
Ms.iKalinick noted that the committee is not authorizing any specific cuts from the list. They are still waiting on a
lot of things to fall into place, like retirements and negotiations.

On motion by Trish Hill, seconded by Donna Kalinick, it was voted unanimously to adjourn the meeting at
5:3 p.m.
