AMENDED BUDGET AND DEPARTMENT TRANSFERS
FISCAL YEAR 1995/1996
WHEREAS, The City of Moab amends the 1995/1996 Fiscal
Year Budget and approves the department transfers within the
following funds for Fiscal Year 1995/1996 to increase and decrease
as follows:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the minutes of the
meeting held February 13, 1996 be, and the same are, hereby
ordered to show the adoption of the amended department budget
and funds for the fiscal year ending June 30th, 1996, including
the new After School Program Fund as presented to Mayor and
Council.
PASSED AND APPROVED in open Council by a majority vote of
the Governing Body of Moab City Council the,3th day of
February , a.d., 1996.
