NOTE: The Regular Meeting of the City Council was held online and in -person at the appointed time
and day in accordance with open meeting laws set and defined by the State of Iowa (Sections 21.2 and
21.8).
1. WELCOME -CALL TO ORDER -The meeting was called to order at 7:oo pm by Mayor Mike
Bawden, ROLL CALL -Council Members Present: DCamp (via online), Heddlesten (via online),
Littrel (via online), Krell (via online). Absent: Adams. Also present: Mayor Mike Bawden (via
online), Engineer Chris Cooper (via online), City Administrator Kent Royster (via online), Riverdale
Fire Chief Chris Bernard (in person) and other residents and visitors attending online and in
person.
2. APPROVAL OF THE CONSENT AGENDA -Motion by Krell, seconded by Heddlesten. Roll Call:

Littrel made a motion to waive the 3' reading of Ordinance 2021-01 and was seconded by Krell. Roll Call:
All Ayes. MC
