A. Executive Session
The Committee will go into Executive Session to discuss the deployment of security
personnel or devices, or strategies with respect thereto. (30 minutes)
B. Review Capital Plan (5 year) (10 minutes)
Jim Nowack will review the five-year capital plan with the committee.
C. Administrators' Reports (10 minutes)

Assistant Superintendent's Report
Superintendent's Report—Dr. Hoffmann will review the legal opinion regarding the
"Waiver of Liability" for field trips.
D. FY15 Budget Update (15 minutes)
Giovanna Venditti, Director of Finance and Operations, will review the expenditure report.
Consider staffing needs at Stony Brook Elementary School.

E. FY16 Budget Process Timeline (30 minutes)
The Superintendent will discuss the FY16 budget development process, format, content,
and timeline. Included will be any guidelines received from member towns and a list
of preliminary information for developing the FY16 budget.
