A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE INITIAL PAYMENT TO RATHJE CONSTRUCION
IN THE AMOUNT OF $30,070 FOR IRELAND AVENUE PROJECT
Whereas, The City has received the initial pay estimate for the Ireland Avenue Project
from Rathje Construction;
Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to approve
the initial payment to Rathje Construction in the amount of $30,070 for the Ireland
Avenue Project.
On the 8th day of October, 2014, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin,
Iowa, Councilperson Bartels introduced Resolution No. 2014-137, A RESOLUTION
APPROVING THE INITIAL PAYMENT TO RATHJE CONSTRUCTION IN THE
AMOUNT OF $30,070 FOR IRELAND AVENUE PROJECT and made a motion for
approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Ryan 1
Ayes: Kahler, Ryan, Petersen, Bartels, Upton
Nays: none. Y
Absent: none.
Whereupon five Council members were, present and voted approval and Mayor Berner
declared that the Resolution No. 2014-137, A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE
INITIAL PAYMENT TO RATHJE CONSTRUCTION IN THE AMOUNT OF $30,070
FOR IRELAND AVENUE PROJECT to be adopted and signified his approval of the
same by affixing his signature thereto. ;
Passed by the City Council on the 08TH day of October; 2014.
