Susan Murray, Director of Nutrition and Food Services, will give a presentation of
the cafeteria, participation, revenue and new initiatives.

C. FYI5 Budget Update (20 minutes)
Giovanna Venditti, Director of Finance and Operations, will review the expenditure report.
The Committee will review the projected budget deficit.
D. FY16 Budget(45 minutes)
The Committee will review the preliminary FY16 Budget and accompanying documents.
E. Policy Updates (5 minutes)
The Policy Subcommittee voted 4-0 to accept the revisions, as recommended by MASC,
to the following policies:
Approve for a first reading, "in form," Bidding Requirements, DJE.
Approve for a first reading, "in form," Background Checks, ADDA.
