A RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER FOR THE WATER/SEWER/LIFT
STATION FOR CCA ELEMENTARY IN THE AMOUNT OF $5,060
Whereas, The City has accommodate the railroad flaggers and get the p"roper
insurance necessary for the installation of utilities for the CCA Elementary School;
Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to approve
the Change Order for the Water/Sewer/Lift Station for CCA Elementary in the amount of
$5,060 -pending following the agreement of 2/3 school and'1/3 city for the expense.
On the 22nd day of October, 2014, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin,
Iowa, Councilperson Ryan introduced Resolution No. 2014-139, A RESOLUTION
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER FOR THE WATER/SEWER/LIFT STATION FOR CCA
ELEMENTARY IN THEAMOUNT OF $5,060 and made.a motion for approval. Motion
seconded by Councilperson Petersen.
Ayes: Ryan, Petersen, Kahler
Nays: none.
Absent: Upton, Bartels
Whereupon' three Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor
Berner declared that the Resolution No. 20147139, A RESOLUTION APPROVING
CHANGE ORDER FOR THE WATER/SEWER/LIFT STATION FOR CCA
ELEMENTARY IN THE AMOUNT OF $5,060 to be adopted and signified his approval
of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
Passed by the City Council on the 22nd day of October, 2014.
