NOTE: The Regular Meeting of the City Council was held in -person at the appointed time and day in
accordance with open meeting laws set and defined by the State of Iowa (Sections 21.2 and 21.8).
1. WELCOME -CALL TO ORDER -The meeting was called to order at 7:02 pm by Mayor Mike
Bawden, ROLL CALL -Council Members Present: DCamp, Littrel, Krell, Heddlesten arrived at
7:03pm. Absent: Adams. Also present: Mayor Mike Bawden, Engineer Chris Cooper, City
Administrator Kent Royster, Riverdale Fire Chief Chris Bernard, and other residents and visitors.
2. APPROVAL OF THE CONSENT AGENDA -Motion by Littrel, seconded by Krell. Roll Call:
Ayes: Littrel, DCamp, Krell. Abstain: Heddlesten.

6.1 RESOLUTIONS
6.2.1 Resolution 2021-24-A Resolution Entering into an Agreement with Davenport Electric
Company for Luminarie Wire Replacement at US 67 and Manor Drive. Littrel made a motion to
amend the resolution by adding "not to exceed $2500" and was seconded by DCamp. Roll Call: All
Ayes. MC
6.2.2 Resolution 2021-25-A Resolution Accepting the Sanitary Sewer, Storm Sewer, and Street
Paving Improvements for Phase II of Woods Estates of Riverdale. Littrel made a motion to amend
the resolution by adding "payment of engineering expenses" and was seconded by Krell. Roll Call:
All Ayes. MC
6.2.3 Resolution 2021-26-A Resolution Approving the Purchase and Installation of Saris Public
Work Stand and Saris Outdoor Bike Pump. Moved by Krell, seconded by Heddlesten. Roll Call: All
Ayes. MC

6.2.1 Ordinance 02 -2021 -An Ordinance Adopting 657A of State Code of Iowa. Moved by
DCamp, seconded by Krell. Roll Call: All Ayes. MC
