SPECIAL MEETING OF THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF MEDINA
August 17,1962
Meeting called to order at 9:30 PM, Members present Gertz, Scott and Roehl
Rochie Begin appeared with request for building permit and presented a
survey of proposed building. Motion by Roehl to grant Begin the building
permitm second by Gertz, motion carried.
Motion by Gertz tp grant Holy Name Church an on sale beer license for
August 19, second by Roehl, motion carried.
Motion by Gettz to adjourn, second by Roehl, MAXI motion carried, meeting
adjourned at 9:55.

Meeting called to order at 8 PM, Members present Arens, Scott and Roehl.
Herb Peery presented proposed budget for 1963, with a proposed levied
budget of $38,600. which would increase the mill rate from last year
about 4 mills. The assesor reported that the incraease assesed valuation
over last year would be about $91,000. on realestate. Ba4et was reviewed
item by item with some suggested revisions. No final decision was arrived
at and it was suggested to hold another special meeting for final action.
Motion by Roehl to adjourn, second by Arens, motion carried.
