A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF WILLOW RIDGE -PART TWO, A
SUBDIVISION OF TIFFIN, IOWA
Whereas, Willow Ridge, L.C. (Subdivider) has filed,with the City of Tiffin a final plat for
Willow Ridge -Part Two, a subdivision to the City of Tiffin, Iowa, legally described on
attached Exhibit "A", hereby incorporated and;
Whereas, the Tiffin Planning and Zoning Commission has reviewed and has given their
recommendations for the final plat presented on July 2, 2014 with exceptions as
described on the original preliminary plat, and;
Whereas the City Engineer has given his review and comments of said final plat,
subject to certain revisions, and provided however that no improvements shall be
constructed or installed without his written approval, which may be withheld until such
time as all necessary permits have been issued.
Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa that the
Mayor and City Clerk/Administrator are hereby authorized to execute any documents
necessary at this time to approve the final plat as submitted and as approved by the
City Engineer and City Attorney.
On the 12th'day of November, 2014 at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin,
Iowa, Councilperson Kahler introduced Resolution No. 2014-145, A RESOLUTION
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF WILLOW RIDGE -PART TWO (LOTS 1-3), A
SUBDIVISION OF TIFFIN, IOWA,and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded
by Councilperson Bartels.
Ayes: Upton, Bartels, Petersen, Ryan, Kahler
Nays: none.
Absent: none.
Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner
declared that the Resolution No. 2014-145, A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE
FINAL PLAT OF WILLOW RIDGE -PART TWO (LOTS 1=3),
A SUBDIVISION OF TIFFIN, IOWA to be adopted and signified his approval of the
same by affixing his signature thereto.
Passed by the City Council on the 12th day of November, 2014.
