WHEREAS, The Board of Sanitary Commissioners of the Richmond Sanitary District passed an annual budget for calendar year 2010 on September 23rd, 2009 and
WHEREAS, it has been determined it is now necessary to appropriate additional sums of money to certain funds.
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of Sanitary Commissioners of the Richmond Sanitary District that the additional appropriations are hereby approved for the funds as indicated:
1. Sanitation Solid Waste $1,307,100.00
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 29th day of June 2010.
