PLACE: Riverdale City Hall, 110 Manor Drive, Riverdale, Iowa
DATE: January 22, 2022 TIME: 9:00 A.M.
NOTE: A workshop was held in -person at the appointed time and day in accordance with open meeting laws
set and defined by the State of Iowa (Sections 21.2 and 21.8).
1. OPEN WORKSHOP - The workshop was called to order at 9:00 a.m. by Mayor Anthony Heddlesten.
2. ROLL CALL - Council members present: DCamp, Krell, Littrel. Absent: Adams, Jurgena. Also present: Mayor
Anthony Heddlesten, City Administrator Kent Royster, and other residents and visitors.
3. ORIENTATION - Royster led an orientation covering Rules of Order for the City, public meetings, and pub-
lic records.
4. OPEN POSITION - Those in attendance discussed the open Maintenance Worker position including hours,
salary, and duties.
5. GOAL SETTING/CAPITAL IDEAS FOR FY23 - Those in attendance brainstromed FY23 goals, capital pro-
jects, and priorities for FY23.
6. ADJOURNMENT - Motion by Krell, seconded by Littrell to adjourn at 11:45 a.m. All ayes. The workshop
was formally adjourned at 11:45 a.m.
