NOTE: The Regular Meeting of the City Council was held in -person at the appointed time and day in
accordance with open meeting laws set and defined by the State of Iowa (Sections 21.2 and 21.8).
1. WELCOME
1.1 CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 7:oo p.m. by Mayor Anthony Heddlesten.
1.2 ROLL CALL
Council Members present: Adams, Jurgena, Krell, Littrel. Absent: DCamp. Also present: Mayor Anthony
Heddlesten, Engineer Chris Cooper, City Administrator Kent Royster, Assistant Fire Chief Randy Bowers,
and other residents and visitors.
2. REVIEW/APPROVAL OF THE CONSENT AGENDA
Motion by Krell, seconded by Littrel, to approve the consent agenda. Roll Call: All Ayes. MC

3. RESOLUTIONS
3.1. Resolution 2022 -10 -A Resolution Maximum Property Tax Dollars for Fiscal Year 2023. Motion by
Krell, seconded by Littrel, to table the resolution. All Ayes. Motion tabled.
3.2 Resolution 2022-11-A Resolution Approving Change #3 for the Sanitary Sewer Project. Motion by
Krell, seconded by Littrel. All Ayes. MC
3.3 Resolution 2022-12-A Resolution Approving PFM Engagement Letter for Sanitary Sewer. Motion by
Krell, seconded by Jurgena. Roll Call: All Ayes. MC
3.4 Resolution 2022-13-A Resolution Ratifying the City Administrator's Appointment of Kelly Krell to
Fill the Position of Deputy Clerk. Motion by Littrel, seconded by Jurgena. Roll Call: Aye: Littrel, Jurgena,
Adams. Abstain: Krell. MC
4. MOTIONS
4.1 Motion to Accept the Resignation of Council Person Kelly Krell.
Roll Call: Aye: Littrel, Jurgena, Adams. Abstain: Krell. MC
Littrel left the meeting at 8:26 p.m.
5. ADJOURNMENT
Motion by Adams seconded by Jurgena. The regular meeting of the
9:00 p.m.
