NOTE: The Regular Meeting of the City Council was held in -person at the appointed time and day in
accordance with open meeting laws set and defined by the State of Iowa (Sections 21.2 and 21.8).
1. WELCOME
1.1 CALL TO ORDER - The meeting was called to order at 7:01 p.m. by Mayor Anthony Heddlesten.
1.2 ROLL CALL - Council Members present: DCamp, Jurgena, Littrel. Absent: Adams. Also present:
Mayor Anthony Heddlesten, Engineer Chris Cooper, City Administrator Kent Royster, Fire Chief
Christopher Bernard, and other residents and visitors.
2. REVIEW/APPROVAL OF THE CONSENT AGENDA
Motion by Littrel, seconded by DCamp, to remove 2/8/22 minutes from the consent agenda. All Ayes. MC
Motion by Jurgena, seconded by Littrel, to approve the amended consent agenda. All ayes. MC.

3.3 Resolution 2022-15 - A Resolution Approving the Part Time Maintenance Worker Job Description.
Motion by DCamp, seconded by Jurgena. All Ayes. MC
3.4 Resolution 2022-16 - A Resolution Setting the Public Hearing for FY23 Budget for the City of
Riverdale. Motion by Littrel, seconded by DCamp. All Ayes. MC
