RESOLUTION 05-96
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN SEEKHAVEN, INC. AND
MOAB CITY, UTAH FOR THE ADMINISTRATION OF A COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
BLOCK GRANT (CDBG).
WHEREAS, Moab City ("City") and Seekhaven, Inc.
("Contractor") have had discussions regarding the roles and
responsibilities with respect to the administration of the 1995-96
and 1996-97 Housing CDBG; and
WHEREAS, the "Moab City/Seekhaven, Inc. Agreement" has been
submitted to the Moab City Council,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MOAB CITY COUNCIL that:
1. The Council hereby authorizes and approves the Agreement
in substantially the form presented to this meeting of
the Moab City Council.
2. The appropriate officials are hereby authorized and
directed to execute and deliver the Agreement in
substantially the form presented to this meeting of the
Council.
3. This resolution shall be effective immediately upon its
passage. /
