ORDINANCE NO- 84- 2002
A SPECIAL ORDINANCE REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED ALONG INDUSTRIED ROAD IN THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA
WHEREAS, the Zoning Map designates and describes certain property located along Industries Road in the City of Richmond, Indiana as an R-2 and C-2 District; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable to change the zoning designations to a C-2 District to allow the use of the 2.507 Acre Tract and the .291 Acre Tract for medical use and the 1.207 Acre Tract
for commercial use.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, that the zoning designations of the properties described in attached Exhibit A are hereby changed
to a C-2 District to allow the use of the properties for medical use and commercial use.
Passed and adopted this 2nd day of December, 2002, by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana.
