A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE THE DEVELOPER'S AGREEMENT FOR
WILLOW RIDGE — PART THREE, TIFFIN, IOWA
Whereas, it has been determined that it is in the best interest of the City to enter into a
developer's agreement with Developer Willow Ridge,, L.C. for Willow Ridge - Part Three;
Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa that the
attached Developer's Agreement is, hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk of
Tiffin, Iowa, are hereby authorized to execute the attached Agreement, contingent on
the approval of the final plat.
On the 12th day of November, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa,
Councilperson Kahler introduced Resolution No. 2014-150, A RESOLUTION TO
APPROVE THE DEVELOPER'S AGREEMENT FOR WILLOW RIDGE — PART
THREE, TIFFIN, IOWA and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by
Councilperson Bartels
Ayes: Upton, Bartels, Petersen, Ryan, Kahler
Nays:
Absent:
Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval. and Mayor Berner
declared that the Resolution No. 2014-150, A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE THE
DEVELOPER'S AGREEMENT FOR WILLOW RIDGE — PART THREE, TIFFIN, IOWA
to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
Passed by the City Council on the 12th day of November, 2014.
