Or TEMPLE-CITY-DECLARING CERTAIN PREMISES TO
BE A PUBLIC NUISANCE AND ORDERING' ABATEMENT

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLbWS' c''
WHEREAS, the Planning " Commission of the City of Temple City, has
by Resolution No; 80- 894PC, determined that a public nuisance, as
defined in the Municipal Code, exists on certain premises and recom-
mends abatement' thereof; and
WHEREAS, no appeal has been taken from said determination, and
the time for taking such appeal has expired:
NOW, THEREFOREY, "the City Council of the City of Temple City
hereby" declares` that a public nuisance, as defined in the Municipal
Code of the 'City of Temple City, and as determined by the findings
attached to Planning Commission Resolution No, 80- 894PC, exists on
the premises ' 'designated aS 8928 -30 Broadway, City of Temple City,
California, more particularly .described as Portions of Lots 36 and
38, Book 12, p, 21 of Licensed Surveyors Map in the Office of the
County Recorder, County of Los Angeles, State of California; and
That ' the City`.Couicil" hereby orders said public nuisance be
abated within thirty (30) days pursuant to the recommendations
attached to the Planning Commission Resolution No 80- 894PC; and
•
That if ,said .. :abatement ' is not accomplished by the expiration of
thirty'.(30 days,`` the City-Manager is hereby authorized and directed
to cause said public nuisance to be abated by City forces or private
contract pursuant to the Municipal Code; and
That the. City.`Clerk`be and is hereby directed to cause a copy
of this Resolution to be served on the owners of said premises
pursuant to the'Municipal Code,
The City Clerk` Shall- certify to the adoption of this Resolution,
ADOPTED and APPROVED this 3rd day of June, 1980.
