Call to Order
Chair Irish called the meeting to order at 4:07 p.m.

Priority Business
Executive Session -
On a motion by Ed Lewis, seconded by Gail Briere, it was voted unanimously to go into Executive
Session at 4:08 p.m. for the purpose to conduct strategy sessions in preparation for negotiations with
nonunion personnel. On a roll call the vote was as follows: Joanne Irish-yea, Gail Briere-yea,Brenda
Cazeault-yea, Mort Inger-yea, Ed Lewis-yea, and John O'Reilly-yea
The Committee went into Executive Session at 4:08 p.m.,not to return to open session.
On a motion by Ed Lewis, seconded by Gail Briere, it was voted unanimously to go out of Executive
Session at 5:25 p.m. and adjourn. On a roll call the vote was as follows: Joanne Irish-yea, Gail Briere-
yea, Brenda Cazeault-yea, Mort Inger-yea, Ed Lewis-yea, and John O'Reilly-yea
