RESOLUTION NO. 2014-138
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A SERVICE CONTRACT WITH
MCGLADREY FOR I T PROTECTION
Whereas, The City has progressed in getting the utility online bill pay available in the
near future, and;
Whereas the City Council of the City of Tiffin recognizes that once we go We the -City
will be expected to protectprivate information keep the City records and financial data
safe;
Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to approve
a service contract with McGladrey for I T protection.
On the 22nd day of October, 2014, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin,
Iowa, Councilperson Ryan introduced Resolution No. 2014-138, A RESOLUTION
APPROVING A SERVICE CONTRACT WITH MCGLADREY FOR I T PROTECTION
and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Kahler.
Ayes: Kahler, Ryan, Petersen, Bartels
Nays: none..
Absent: Upton ,
Whereupon four Council members were present and voted,approval and Mayor. Berner
declared that the Resolution No. 2014-138, A RESOLUTION APPROVING A
SERVICE CONTRACT WITH MCGLADREY FOR I T PROTECTION to be adopted and
signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
Passed by the City Council on the 22nd day of October, 2014.
