Call to Order
Chair Irish called the meeting to order at 5:50 p.m.

Review brochure-
Dr.Grenier and the Committee edited the brochure. It was also suggested that different photos be used.
John O'Reilly questioned the culling process for applications and suggested the committee look at a wide
spectrum of candidates,even those without experience. Dr.Caretti reminded members of the uniqueness
of Nauset and that it is not a typical K-12 district. Dr.Grenier indicated that the committee will see all
the applicant resumes.

Dr.Grenier informed the committee of where advertising would appear;Education Week,Portland,
Providence,Boston Globe,MASC and MASS.
The committee reviewed the application. Dr.Grenier indicated that at the next meeting the committee
will review how to ask questions.
The committee also reviewed the process for parent and teacher selection of members to the
subcommittee.
It was also noted that applications will be delivered to the Central Office on February l2`i'by 4:00 p.m.
Members were asked to review applications at the Central Office.
Next meeting is February 25th at 4:00 p.m.at the Central Office.

On a motion by Mort Inger, seconded by Brenda Cazeault, it was voted to adjourn the meeting at 7:29
p.m.
