A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TEMPLE CITY AMENDING THE GENERAL PLAN OF
THE CITY
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS,. the City of Temple City has heretofore adopted a
General Plan pursuant to the provisions of Section 65350 etyseq. of
the Government Code of the State of California, which plan contains
required mandatory elements; and
WHEREAS, Section 65302(c) of the Government Code of the State
of California requires each city to adopt a Housing Element as part
of the General Plan, and pursuant to regulations, promulgated by the
Department of Housing and Community Development, State of California;
and
WHEREAS, .the public'health, safety, welfare and convenience
require that the General Plan of the City of Temple City be amended
in the manner hereinafter set forth,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Temple City as follows:
SECTION 1, The General Plan of the City of Temple City is
hereby amended by a new Housing Element as set forth in Exhibit "A"
attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Resolution,
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 1st day of July, 1980.

I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was adopted by
the City Council of the City of Temple City at a regular meeting
held on the 1st day of July, 1980, by the following vote:
