AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING AND PROVIDING FOR
THE MONTHLY RETAINER FEE TO BE PAID TO THE
CITY ATTORNEY OF THE CITY OF BEL AIRE, KANSAS
AND REPEALING ORDINANCES NUMBER 122, 131, 178,
197, 220, AND ALL OTHER CONFLICTING
ORDINANCES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF BEL AIRE,
KANSAS:
Section 1.
Retainer Fee Established
There is hereby established and provided a monthly retainer
fee of $900.00 to be paid to the City Attorney of the City of Bel
Aire, Kansas, effective January 1, 1994.
Section 2.
Repeal
Ordinances Number 122, 131, 178, 197,
repealed. All other ordinances or parts of
conflict herewith are repealed. However,

remains in full force and effect.
