Courthouse Square Lures Victory Brewing Company to
Downtown Leesburg
Leesburg, VA (September 3, 2014) – L4 Capital Partners, the developer of Courthouse Square in
downtown Leesburg, today announced that Philadelphia-area based Victory Brewing Company®
has signed a lease to open a brewpub, Victory at Courthouse Square, in its new mixed-use
development upon delivery in early 2016.
The downtown Leesburg location will feature a 300-seat restaurant, upper-level terraces for
outdoor dining overlooking the historic courthouse lawn, and an extensive chef-inspired menu
highlighting many of the company’s signature dishes. The space will also be equipped with a
full-service brew house to keep the brewery’s world-class ales and lagers flowing, including new
Leesburg-specific recipes, and
allow for an interactive customer
experience by creating customized
brews for special events.
Victory at Courthouse Square will
be Victory Brewing Company’s first
location outside Pennsylvania, and
its fourth brewpub overall. The
restaurant will occupy up to
13,400 square feet on three floors
of the former Loudoun Times-
Mirror building, which L4 Capital
Partners is renovating from top to bottom and enhancing with two new upper stories. Victory
will be a key tenant within the project which is slated to break ground later this year, delivering
90,000 square feet of office space, 10,000 square feet of additional retail and 336 garage
parking spaces into the heart of downtown Leesburg.
“Our primary goal was to find a restaurant that served great food at a reasonable price, while
also carrying on the legacy of this historic building and the community it served for so many
years,” said L4’s partner and co-founder, Blair White. “What we got with Victory is so much
more. After touring their facilities in Downingtown and Parkesburg, our eyes were opened to
what a first class, family-oriented operation they’ve built there. We truly believe Victory is the

perfect match for the Leesburg community, and we couldn’t be more excited to welcome them
to town.”
"Victory’s arrival in Leesburg strengthens our position as a prominent destination for craft beer
and culinary tourism in the state of Virginia”, said Marantha Edwards, Leesburg’s Economic
Development Director. “Our recent zoning ordinance changes along with the incredible growth
of this industry has changed the vibe downtown. This is truly a game-changer for Leesburg.”
