A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PAY ESTIMATES FOR WATER/SEWER/LIFT
STATION PROJECT IN THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF $32,513.75
Whereas, The City has received multiple change order requests that need to be
approved prior to making any updates, and;
Whereas the City Council of the City of Tiffin recognizes that this same information has
been forwarded`to the CCA School District so they are aware of said change orders as
well;
Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to approve
the pay estimates for the Water/Sewer/Lift Station Project in the total amount of
$32,513.75 — with the City of Tiffin responsible for $10,837.92 and the CCA School
responsible for $21,675.83
On the 12th day of November, 2014, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin,
Iowa, Councilperson Kahler introduced Resolution No. 2014-155, A RESOLUTION
APPROVING THE PAY ESTIMATES FOR WATER/SEWER/LIFT STATION PROJECT
IN THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF $32,513.75 and made a motion for approval. Motion
seconded by Councilperson Upton.
Ayes: Upton, Bartels, Petersen, Ryan, Kahler
Nays: none.
Absent: none.
Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner
declared that the Resolution No. 2014-155, A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE
CHANGE ORDER FOR THE WATER/SEWER/LIFT STATION PROJECT IN THE
TOTAL AMOUNT OF $32,513.75 to be adopted and signified his approval of the same
by affixing his signature thereto.
Passed by the City Council on the 12th day of November, 2014.
