A RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER FOR THE
CITY PARK LIGHTING IN THE AMOUNT OF $20,565
Whereas, The City has received a change order for the lighting in the City Park, and;
Whereas the City Council of the City of Tiffin recognizes that it needs electrical option in
the base of the lighting units to be useful for future growth and festivals/events,
Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to approve
a change order for the city part lighting in the amount of $20,565.
On the 12th day of November, 2014, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin,
Iowa, Councilperson Ryan introduced Resolution No. 2014-157, A RESOLUTION
APPROVING THE CHANGE ORDER FOR THE CITY PARK LIGHTING IN THE
AMOUNT OF $20,565 and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by
Councilperson Kahler.
Ayes: Upton, Bartels, Petersen, Ryan, Kahler
Nays: none.
Absent: none.
Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner
declared that the Resolution No. 2014-157, A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE
CHANGE ORDER FOR THE CITY PARK LIGHTING IN THE AMOUNT OF $20,565 to
be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
