AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 8-28
OF THE GREENCASTLE CITY CODE
REGARDING LOADING ZONES
WHEREAS, Section 8-28 , Schedule of Loading Zones,of the Greencastle City Code lists
the designated loading zones on streets within the City of Greencastle; and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to update the Schedule of Loading Zones.
NOW THEREFORE be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle that
Section 8-28, Schedule of Loading Zones, of the Greencastle City Code be amended to read as
follows:
Schedule of Loading Zones
Street Location of Loading Zone
Franklin Street One (1) space on the north side immediately west of Indiana Street
Indiana Street Two (2) spaces on the west side immediately south of Washington
Street
Jackson Street One (1) space on the west side immediately south of Franklin Street
Walnut Street One (1) space, sixty (60) feet long, on the north side, from the alley
and driveway east of Jackson Street to Indiana Street.
This Ordinance shall have full force and effect upon passage of the Greencastle Common
Council and its approval by the Mayor.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle,Indiana this
