RESOLUTION FOR FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF THE
PARK ROAD PAVING PROJECT, TIFFIN, IOWA
CONTRACTOR — LL PELLING
WHEREAS, On Octob"er 29, 2014, the Project Engineer states the Project
construction was completed in general accordance with the approved Plans and
Specifications on file with the City of Tiffin, Iowa and placed into operation and
recommends Final Payment be made to the Contractor.
WHEREAS, that the 2014 Park Road Paving Project is complete and acceptable
to the City of Tiffin.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY The City of Tiffin, Iowa, that the 2014
Park Road Paving Project is complete and acceptable to the City and final payment be made to
the Contractor. ,
Passed and approved this 12`" day of November, 2014.
