RESOLUTION FOR FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF THE
2013 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT, TIFFIN, IOWA
WHEREAS, On October 24, 2014 the Project Engineer states the project'construction
was completed in general accordance with the approved Plans and Specifications ori file with the
City of Tiffin, Iowa and placed into operation and recommends final payment be made to the
Contractor.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY The City of Tiffin, Iowa, that the 2013 Capital
Improvement Project is complete and acceptable to the City and final payment be made to the
Contractor.
Passed and approved this 25th day of November, 2014.
