AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 19-401, (STREETS AND HIGHWAYS),
SCHEDULE (J), (PARKING PROHIBITED), SUBPARAGRAPH (A), OF THE CODE OF
THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, PERTAINING TO CAVALIER DRIVE LOCATED
IN CAPITAL CITY HIGH SCHOOL SUBDIVISION.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 19-401, (Streets and Highways), Schedule J, (Parking
Prohibited), Subparagraph (a), of the Code of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby
amended by the addition of the following:
Cavalier Drive: on both sides thereof, between Mission Drive and Creek Trail Drive.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its passage and approval.
