Call to Order; Roll Call
Mayor William Dory called the meeting to order at 11:34 AM; upon roll by the Mayor, the
following were present: Adam Cohen (ZOOM), Veronica Pejril (ZOOM), Dave Murray
(ZOOM) and Jacob Widner (ZOOM.)
II. New Business
A. Meeting Between Common Council and DPU Management Fellows
The Management Fellows Program was represented by Paige Sanfelippo, Grant
Theisen, and Peter Skaluba. The group discussed a variety of potential
projects for the students to undertake as follows:
1. Development of a process to recruit and appoint persons to boards and
commissions.
2. Development of a market study to determine interest of DPU alumni to retire
in Greencastle.
3. Development of a marketing program to reintroduce students to Greencastle's
small business community and restaurants as the pandemic ends.
4. Development of a communications plan to get the message out to the
community beyond traditional means.
Councilor Pejril asked the students to keep in mind equity and inclusion in all of
the four potential projects.
The students reminded council that the project has to be accomplished within the
timeframe of the spring semester.
The students intend to take the proposed projects back to their advisor for further
review and discussion. A meeting will be arranged in the near future to
determine which project will be pursued.

Motion by Veronica Pejril to end the meeting at 12:15 PM, second by Jacob Widner, 4-0
motion carried.
