RESOLUTION NO. 80 -1924
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TEMPLE "CITY DECLARING CERTAIN
PREMISES TO BE A PUBLIC NUISANCE, AND
ORDERING ABATEMENT-- THEREOF
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS,, the Planning Commission of the City of Temple City has,
by Resolution .,.No. .:80- 901PC,N determined that a public nuisance as
defined _,.im the. Hunicipal_ ode,, exists .. on .certain. premises and recom-
mends abatement .thereof and
WHEREAS, no appeal`. has been taken from said': determination,
-arid- the time for taking such appeal has expired,
NOW, THEREFORE, the Ci.ty.Council of the City of Temple City
hereby''declares that .a. .public` nuisance, as defined in the Municipal
Crade'of the City of Temple • City, and as determined by the findings
attached to the Planning Commission Resolution No. 80- 901PC, exists
on the premises-.des.igna.ted as 6351 Temple City Boulevard, City of
Temple City, California,..and more particularly described as all of
Lot 2 and the easterly. 15 ft.. of Lots 6 and 7 of Tract 14263 in
the City of Temple. City as. per map recorded in Book 307, pp. 35 -36
of Maps in the Office of the County Recorder, except therefrom the
southerly 45.25.' of the easterly 170 ft. of said Lot 2; and
That if said abatement is. no.t accomplished by the expiration
of thirty. (30) days, the City Manager is hereby authorized and
directed to cause .said public nuisance to be abated by City forces
or private. contract, pursuant to the Municipal Code; and
That the .City ..Clerk'.be .and Is hereby directed to cause a copy
of this Resolution to be served on the owners of said premises pur-
suant to the Muni;cipal.Code.
The City. Clerk..shall:.certify to the adoption of this Resolution.
