RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING HART -FREDERICK CONSULTANTS TO PROCEED
WITH COMPLETING A REPORT TO UPDATE THE CITY'S ROADMAP PER IDOT
WHEREAS, the City of Tiffin recognizes the importance of complying with the requirements of
the Iowa Department of Transportation.

WHEREAS, the City of Tiffin authorizes Hart -Frederick Consultants P.C. to proceed with
completing the report of the city's Roadmap as required by the IDOT. This report will provide
accurate information regarding any new street/road additions to the City of Tiffin since 2010.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TIFFIN, IOWA WHICH Hart -Frederick Consultants P.C., is hereby authorized to proceed with
the Roadmap report.
On the 12th day of November, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa,
Councilperson Kahler introduced Resolution No. 2014-164, ,
and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Ryan.
AYE: Upton, Bartels, Petersen, Ryan, Kahler.

ABSENT:
Passed by the City Council on the 12th day of November, 2014.
