A RESOLUTION`OFTHE: CITY. COUNCIL. OF. THE.
CITY. OF.. TEMPLE` CITY: DECLARING. CERTAIN
PREMISES TO BE•APUBLIC NUISANCE, AND
ORDERING ABATEMENT. THEREOF
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS':
WHEREAS, the Planning:: Commission of the City: of Temple City has,
by Resolution No.,.80 -905PC determined that a public nuisance as
defined in the Municipal Code, exists on certain premises and recom-
mends abatement thereof; and
WHEREAS, no appeal . has been taken from said determination, and
the time for taking such appeal has expired;
NOW, . THEREFORE`, . the - City "Council .. of the - City of Temple City
hereby :.declares :that .a public nuisance, as defined in the Municipal
Code of the.., City of . Temple. City, .. and as determined by the findings
attached to the .. Planning; Commission :'; Resolution . No. _ 80- 905PC, exists
on the premises .. designated. as 9649. Longden. Avenue, City of Temple
City,. California;. and more particularly described as Santa Anita Land
Co.'s ,Tract, West 50 ft. of East 182 ft. of South 150 ft. of Lot 7 of
Maps in the Office. of . the County. Recorder, . County of Los Angeles; and
That .if .said abatement.- is ::: not :.accomplished . by . the expiration of
thirty (30)': days , :: the... City:Manager is hereby authorized and directed
to cause said public nuisance to be .abated by City forces or private
contract:- pursuant to_ the: Municipal. Code.; . and
That. the City Clerk.. be . and is hereby .directed to cause a copy
of this Resolution to be served on the owners of said premises pursuant
to the Municipal C�de.
The City. Clerk..shall:..certify to the:adoption..of this. Resolution.
