Failace at approximately 7:00 P.M., at the Municipal Court/Police Facility, 230 Roosevelt Avenue, Carteret, New Jersey. SPJiLIAL MEETING Upon individual roll call vote the following were noted present: ROlL CAlL Mayor James A. Failace CouncilmembersJack Fazekas " Stanley Gutowski " James Mancuso " James O'Brien " Remy Quinones Also noted present was Borough Attorney Craig Coughlin. Noted absent was Councilmember Patrick Crilley. Mailed to the Home News Tribune, The Star Ledger and posted on the bulletin board on July 23, 1999. SIATJiMENl' OF MEETING OOITCE The purpose of this meeting is to introduce an ordinance, take action on various resolutions and any other business that may come before the Council. PURPOSE OF MEETING ORDINANCE # 99-27 was introduced and adopted on First Reading and the Clerk authorized and directed same for Public Hearing to be held on July 29, 1999, upon MMS&C, by Councilmembers Gutowski and O'Brien. Upon individual roll call vote, Councilmembers Fazekas, Gutowski, Mancuso, O'Brien and Quinones voted in the affirmative for the adoption. JœNSON - pARKn«; LOr A'ITENDANl' AOOPl'ED A copy of each resolution was placed upon the table for public review prior to the meeting in accordance with the Rules of Council and upon MMS&C, by Councilmembers Gutowski and Fazekas and unanimous affirmative vote of the five (5) members present, the meeting was opened for public input on all resolutions. There being no comments or objections to the Resolutions, the Mayor declared the Public Hearing to be closed upon MMS&C, by Councilmembers Gutowski and Fazekas and unanimous affirmative vote of the five (5) members present. RESOLUTION # 99-259 was introduced by the Mayor and referred to the Council for action. Upon MMS&C, by Councilmembers Gutowski and Quinones RESOLUTION #99-259 "PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONTRACT FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES" was adopted. Upon individual roll call vote, Councilmembers Fazekas, Gutowski, Mancuso, O'Brien, and Quinones voted in the affirmative. Councilmember Crilley was noted absent. RESOLUTION #99-260 was introduced by the Mayor and referred to the Council for action. Upon MMS&C, by Councilmembers Gutowski and Fazekas RESOLUTION #99-260 "APPOINTING CRANDALL L. JOHNSON-TEMPORARY COMMUTER PARKING LOT ATTENDANT" was adopted. Upon individual roll call vote, Councilmembers Fazekas, Gutowski, Mancuso, O'Brien and Quinones voted in the affirmative. Councilmember Crilley was noted absent. 2. JULY 29, 1999 RESOLUTION #99-261 was introduced by the Mayor and referred to the Council for action. Upon individual roll call vote, Councilmembers Fazekas, Gutowski, Mancuso, O'Brien and Quinones voted in the affirmative. Councilmember Crilley was noted absent. Upon individual roll call vote, Councilmembers Fazekas, Gutowski, Mancuso, O'Brien and Quinones voted in the affirmative. Councilmember Crilley was noted absent. AOOPl'ED There being no further business or discussion, upon MMS&C, by Councilmembers Mancuso and Fazekas and unanimous affirmative vote of the five (5) members present, the meeting was adjourned at approximately 7:10 P.M.
