program approved by the Licensing Board at its November 2020 meeting for a limited
period of time. Ms. Reed stated that the program was created to meet the state's Phase 3,
step 1 reopening under COVID guidelines, and that Arsenal Yards had notified the
Health Department regarding an outdoor event of over 25 people. She added that she
understands that if there is a rollback to Phase 2 of the reopening plan Arsenal Yards will
not be able to continue the program. Ms. Reed reported that the music program has gone
well so far, and that approximately 90% of attendees have been patronizing Arsenal
Yards restaurants. Each fire pit in the area set-up is spaced 12 - 15 feet from the others,
and there is a separation of 15 feet from the performers to the closest fire pit. Most
performances are single person acts. The program hours will be Monday to
Saturday from 12:00 noon to 8:30 p.m., and Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The

acknowledged receipt of a report from the Health Department regarding compliance with
COVID guidelines, and voted to grant the license, subject to the conditions requested by
