Chairman Philip Jackson called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm at a duly advertised public hearing conducted on July 8, 2014 Memb s present were; Arthur Stewart, Philip Jackson, John Nixon, Patricia Eggers, Les Erikson, Bruce MacGr or and Paul Kearney To revi w past/present hearing: www.brewster-ma.aov/documents and archives/Ch 18 video archives/recent videos ZBA 07-08-14 Continjied public hearing: 14-08 James Conrad, 692 Great Fields Road, Map 52 Lot 55 (M 40 L 2-83), in RM zoning district. The applicant is seeking an Appeal of the Zoning Agents decision and/or a Dimensional Variance under MGL 140 A, sections 8, 10 and 15 and Brewster Bylaw179-37 and 179-52 and section 37 to allow a home occupation within a pre-existing accessory structure greater than 499 square feet. CONTINUED from May 13, 2014 MOTION by Arthur Stewart approve request for CONTINUANCE of 14-08 to September 16, 2014. Second by Patricia Eggers VOTE:I 7-0-0 Plan c a e request: n9 4 13-16 Coridian Associates 'LLC, (represented by Attorney Andrew L. Singer), 0 Harwich Road, Route 124, Map 63 Lot 02 (old M 40 L 9-1-R), in the RM zoning district. The applicant is proposing to reduce and reconfigure the size and shape of the M.P. Renaissance building thus acceptance of plan changes from the plans provided for the previously granted Variance. The reconfigured building will continue to comply with the previously- granted relief. Not adertised but abutters notified by applicants by letter Previou ly sitting on this were Arthur Stewart, John Nixon, Bruce MacGregor, Les Erikson and Pat Eggers. Attorney Andrew Singer representing the applicant and David Kelly of Kelly Engineering were present Mr. Jackson asked if all members present could hear and discuss request.
