A RESOLUTION ADOPTING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF MOAB
AND UTAH STATE DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES TO PROVIDE LICENSE
EXEMPT CHILD CARE SERVICES THROUGH THE MOAB AFTER SCHOOL CLUB FOR
CLIENTS OF THE DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES.
WHEREAS, the Moab After School Club
quality after school child care as a license
WHEREAS, clients of Utah Department of
qualify for funds for such care; and
program can provide
exempt provider; and
Human Services often
WHEREAS, Utah State Department of Human Services requires that
child care providers enter into an agreement with them before they
will authorize use of such funds for child care,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MOAB CITY COUNCIL THAT:
1. The Council hereby authorizes and approves the Agreement
in substantially the form presented to this meeting of
Moab City Council.
2. The appropriate officials of the City are hereby
authorized and directed to execute and deliver the
Agreement in substantially the form presented to this
meeting of the Council.
3. This resolution shall be effective immediately upon its
passage.
