ORDER, AND DETERMINE 'AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1._ Whereas_that certain_alley_located northerly of
Las Tunas Drive,_southerly of Elm Avenue, running between Rosemead
Boulevard_and Sultana Avenue,,in_the City of Temple City, as more
explicitly.shown on map attached hereto, is no longer needed for
public purposes.
SECTION 2. Accordingly, pursuant to Section 8300, et seq., of
the Streets &_Highways_Code_of_the State_of California, the City
Counci1ifinds..that.. thepublicl.interest and_convenience may require
and the Cityof_Temple City does hereby_declare its intention to
consider the vacation of all of said alley. ,
SECTIOI\P3... _A_maix_or_plan indicating by boundary lines the
extent of_the property_included in the_proposed_vacation is on
file in_the_office of_the City Clerk and_reference is hereby made
to said_mapLor:plan_for_a_further full_and_complete_description of
all property_comprising:the_aforesaid public street proposed to be
vacated as declared herein.

SECTION_4..-_AnTand.all_persons_interested_in or objecting to

of November,_1980, at_7:10_p.m._of said.day, •in the Council Chambers
of said_City Councillin_the_City Hall,_in the_City of Temple City,
and show_cause_why_said_unused_public street should not be vacated
and abandoned-as-aforesaid.'
SECTION 5_ The_City_Council_4eclares,that in the event such
vacation.is_completed,it_will_reserve_all sewer easements located
therein_as_provided_in-_Section_8330_of the Streets & Highways Code
and will reserve anytlndergrotthd1 easement the City may need.
SECTION 6..__The Superintendent of Streets_shall cause to be
poeted_notices_of_the_passage_of_this Resolution_at the places and
in the_manner_required_byilawThese proceedings_are taken under
and br_virtue_of_the_provisions_of_the.Street Vacation.Act of 1941i
as amended,_being_Sections_8300_to 8331, inclusive, of the Streets
& Highways Code of the State of California.
SECTION 7.__The_City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution.
