Absent: John Dickson, Selectmen liaison Meeting began at 2:40pm. 1 Minutes approved: October 16, 2015 minutes approved with 1 correction. Director's Report: Claire began our discussion regarding Paine's Creek site. We would like to have a viewing platform, accessible pathway to the beach and a beach wheelchair on site and stored in a storage shed. The Committee members feel that the storage shed can be place next to the portable bathroom. And it would be acceptable if this shed/beach wheelchair could be moved to the DPW area for winter storage. Jim O'Leary indicated that we should submit 2 proposals to CPC committee: 1 for the walkway and viewing platform and the other for the beach wheelchair and storage shed. Jim also indicated that the CPC Committee likes it when there is a co-sponsor commits financially to complete the project. Denise will ask the Friends of Brewster Elders if they i are interested in this endeavor. Claire will talk to Chris Miller, as he can help us with cost for the walkway and storage shed. If this project happens,we would like the Chamber of Commerce to have this information about these updates, which can be used for all generations at Paine's Creek and it will help i Brewster become known as an accessible green community. Claire to distribute a copy of the CPC proposals to all committee members. Old/New business: The town voted$10,000 for the automatic door openers at the Captain's Golf Course. It would also be good if we could get changing tables for each bathroom. Other business not anticipated by the chair; None There will not be a meeting in December,so our next meeting will be Friday,January 15, 2016 at 2:30pm.
