Notice of Public Hearing on
Proposed Barnstable County Ordinance No. 15-04
On June 17,2015, at 2:30 p.m., the Standing Committee on Natural Resources will hold a public
hearing on Proposed County Ordinance 15-04: To authorize the county to execute a purchase and
sales agreement for the Aquaculture Research Corporation (ARC) property and execution of all
documents related to the purchase; including the purchase of a conservation restriction and to
authorize borrowing necessary to issue bonds and notes for the purpose of this ordinance.
The public hearing will be held in the Chamber of the Assembly of Delegates,
First District Courthouse, Route 6A, Barnstable, MA.
Anyone wishing to testify orally will be welcome to do so. Written comments may also
be submitted at the hearing, faxed to the Assembly office (508) 362-6530, e-mailed to the office
(aofd a barnstablecounty.org), or delivered or mailed for reccipt by Noon on or before the date of
the hearing to the office of the Assembly at the First District Courthouse, Route 6A, Barnstable,
MA 02630.
The full text of Proposed Ordinance 15-04 has been distributed to the Town Clerk of each
town in Barnstable County and is also available from the office of the Assembly of Delegates,
First District Courthouse, Route 6A, Barnstable, MA., and on line at www.barn stabi eco u nty.org.
