Notice of Public Hearing on
Proposed Barnstable County Ordinance No. 15-11
On November 18,2015,at 3:45 p.m., the Standing Committee on Finance will hold a public
hearing on Proposed County Ordinance 15-11: To rescind a total of$402,805 from previous
fiscal years the amounts of duly authorized and unissued Barnstable County debt.
The public hearing will be held in the Chamber of the Assembly of Delegates,
First District Courthouse, Route 6A, Barnstable, MA.
Anyone wishing to testify orally will be welcome to do so. Written continents may also
be submitted at the hearing, faxed to the Assembly office (508) 362-6530, e-mailed to the office
(aofd a barnstablecounty.org), or delivered or mailed for receipt by Noon on or before the date of
the hearing to the office of the Assembly of Delegates, First District Courthouse, Route 6A,
Barnstable, MA 02630.
The full text of Proposed Ordinance 15-11 has been distributed to the Town Clerk of each
town in Barnstable County and is also available from the office of tite Assembly of Delegates,
First District Courthouse, Route 6A, Barnstable, MA., and on line at
