Proposed Barnstable County Ordinance No. 15-13
On December 16, 2015, at 2:30 p.nl., the Standing Committee oil Finance will hold a public
hearing on Proposed County Ordinance 15-13: To add to the County's operating budget for
Fiscal Year 2016, as enacted in Ordinance No. 15-02, by making supplemental appropriations for
the Fiscal Year two-thousand and sixteen of$39,916 for a Facilities New Vehicle, appropriated
from the Vehicle Replacement Stabilization Fund for FY2016.
The public hearing will be held in the Chamber of the Assembly of Delegates,
First District COnrthOUse, Route 6A, Barnstable, MA.
Anyone wishing to testify orally will be welcome to do so. Written comments may also
be submitted at the hearing, faxed to the Assembly office (508) 362-6530, e-mailed to the office
(aofd a ba€-€istablecol€nty.org), or delivered or mailed for receipt by Noon on or before the date of
the hearing to the office of the Assembly of Delegates, First District Courthouse, Route 6A,
Barnstable, MA 02630.
The full text of Proposed Ordinance 15-13 has been distributed to the Town Clerk of each
town in Barnstable County and is also available from the office of the Assembly of Delegates,
First District Courthouse, Route 6A, Barnstable, MA,, and on line at
